Pure Silicone Fluids
Silico Pure Silicone Fluids are high-quality, 100% Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) Silicone Oils. These clear, colorless, and odorless fluids offer viscosities ranging from 0.65cSt to 1,000,000cSt (measured at 25°C), making them suitable for various industrial and commercial applications.
Silicone fluids with viscosities above 5cSt feature a wide service temperature range, excellent oxidation resistance, superior lubricity, high damping properties, low viscosity-temperature change (Low VTC), strong dielectric strength, and compatibility with O-rings, gaskets, and valve materials.
Lower viscosity silicone oils provide exceptional low-temperature stability, low pour points, minimal viscosity change (Low VTC) even in extreme conditions, low surface tension, high compressibility, and strong dielectric properties. These versatile silicone fluids are widely used in lubrication, damping, heat transfer, and insulation applications.

Pure Silicone Fluids: Guide
Pure Silicone Fluids are versatile and widely used across various industries due to their excellent thermal stability, lubricity, and dielectric properties. Common applications include laboratory bath fluids, heat transfer fluids, dielectric fluids, damping fluids for gauges and instruments, high-pressure and low-temperature fluids, as well as high-temperature fluids.
These silicone oils also serve as lubricants for plastic and rubber parts, O-ring and gasket lubricants, ink release agents, anti-foam agents, and downhole fluids for the oil and gas industry. Additionally, they are used in turbo-generator systems, flow control, vibration damping, wetting agents, hydrophobic coatings, UV-resistant applications, calibration fluids, hydraulic fluids, and optical fluids for refractive index (RI) matching.
