Silico® PF8704 Silicone Diffusion Pump Fluid is a single-component fluid designed for high vacuum applications, ranging from 10^-6 to 10^-8 torr (untrapped) and 10^-10 to 10^-11 torr (trapped). Known for its low vapor pressure and thermal stability, it is widely used in vacuum coating, metallurgical processes, and other high-performance applications. Silico® PF8704 phenyl methyl silicone oil is equivalent to DowCorning’s DC-704 and Shin-Etsu’s HIVACF-4.
