High-Phenyl Silicone Resin
Silico® High-Phenyl Silicone Resin is a high-performance resin with 20–55% phenyl content. It offers excellent heat resistance, UV stability, and electrical insulation.
It works well in harsh conditions over 300 °C, making it ideal for heat-resistant coatings, insulating varnishes, and resin modification.
Product Overview
Designed for use in extreme environments, Silico® high-phenyl resins form durable, crosslinked films that exhibit long-term performance at temperatures exceeding 300 °C, making them ideal for heat-resistant coatings, insulating varnishes, and resin modification.

Key Applications
High-Temperature Coatings
For chimneys, exhausts, engine components, and industrial ovens. Long-term stability at 300 °C+, with short-term resistance up to 650 °C when formulated with aluminum pigments.Electrical Insulation & Encapsulation
Applied in insulating varnishes for motors, transformers, and electrical components. High dielectric strength and corona resistance.Organic Resin Modification
Used as a co-binder or performance modifier for epoxy, polyester, acrylic, and alkyd systems to improve thermal stability, hardness, and weatherability.Transparent Varnishes & Protective Films
Excellent optical clarity, gloss retention, and anti-yellowing performance under UV and high heat.
Core Advantages of Silico® High-Phenyl Resins
Outstanding Thermal Stability
Phenyl-rich structure ensures stable performance at 300–650 °C, making it suitable for extreme temperature applications.Superior UV and Weather Resistance
Phenyl groups absorb UV light (<280 nm), providing long-term durability and anti-yellowing properties.High Mechanical Strength
Forms hard, yet flexible films with excellent adhesion, crack resistance, and hydrophobicity.Excellent Electrical Insulation
High surface and volume resistivity; suitable for electronic coatings and corona-resistant layers.Flexible Processing Options
Available in solvent-based and solvent-free formats, suitable for air-drying or heat-cure systems.
