Silico® SF0206 is a medium-viscosity long-chain alkyl (C12) functional silicone fluid. It combines the benefits of silicone fluids and mineral oils, making it ideal for thermal molding of silicone rubber, plastics, and low-melting metals. It provides superior release properties, ensuring detailed surface reproduction with minimal usage, and is ideal for applications requiring painting, printing, coating, or bonding.

Applications
Silico® SF0206 is a versatile silicone fluid with the following applications:
Release Agent: Ideal for producing floor mats, tiles, seals, grommets, gaskets, toys, paneling, decorative trim, and household appliance assemblies that require coating, painting, plating, or bonding.
Parting Agent: Used in die casting of metals such as aluminum, zinc, magnesium, and other low-melting metals.
Automotive Polish: Can be formulated into automotive silicone polish products, especially useful in garages and body shops where re-coatability issues arise with polydimethylsiloxanes.
Lubricant: Used as a built-in lubricant to facilitate mechanical component assembly and to act as a lubricant in service.
