Silico® OH5012 is a high-purity anionic silicone emulsion that offers excellent softness, smoothness, and film-forming properties. It is compatible with hydrogenated silicones and can be copolymerized with acrylics and polyurethanes. It is easy to disperse in water and is ideal for textiles, sewing threads, synthetic hair, leather, rubber, and plastics, providing water resistance and improved strength. Store in a cool, dry place away from strong acids or bases.

Used for wigs and similar products to enhance softness, luster, and combing performance
Functions as a release and anti-stick agent on leather surfaces
Mold release agent for rubber and plastic products

Usage Instructions
- Dilute to 1-10% concentration in water or aqueous systems based on specific needs.
Precautions
This is an anionic system; ensure compatibility, especially with cationic systems, to avoid emulsification issues.
It may cause irritation; rinse immediately with water if it gets into the eyes.
Packaging & Storage
Packaging: Available in 50 kg or 200 kg plastic drums.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from strong acids or alkalis. Avoid temperatures below 5°C (to prevent freezing) and above 40°C. Shelf life is 12 months from the production date, if unopened.
