Silico® – N6179 (CAS 71750-80-6) is a high-performance, amino-functional polysiloxane emulsion designed for use in personal care applications. The emulsion forms a thin, breathable film that enhances softness, smoothness, and manageability. It is particularly effective in damaged hair treatments, leave-in or rinse-off conditioners, and styling formulations.
Amino terminal groups in the polymer provide excellent reactivity, allowing the product to bond with hair fibers, improving hydration, feel, and overall hair appearance without causing buildup.
