Super Low Viscosity Silicone Fluids

Super Low Viscosity Pure Silicone Fluids are clear, colorless, and odorless linear Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fluids or Silicone Oils. These high-performance fluids have viscosities ranging from 0.65 cSt (thinner than water) to 2 cSt at 25°C.

These Silicone Fluids are known for their low pour points, making them ideal for applications requiring stability at low temperatures. They are highly volatile, evaporating quickly in open systems, and feature low surface tension, which allows for superior spreadability. The viscosity of these fluids remains stable even in extreme cold, with low viscosity-to-temperature coefficients.

With low molecular weight (MW) and low viscosity, these PDMS fluids are similar to water, offering excellent dielectric strength. The refractive index (RI) of these Silicone Oils ranges from 1.3750 to 1.3900, making them suitable for various industries requiring high-performance, reliable, and stable fluid properties.
