
Silico® ETE301H Polyether-Epoxy Co-Modified Silicone Oil
Silico® ETE301H is a polyether-epoxy modified silicone oil that combines polysiloxane, epoxy, and polyether benefits. It provides excellent softness, lubrication, low surface tension, UV resistance, and thermal stability. With hydrophilicity, anti-static properties, and compatibility with polar materials, it ensures long-lasting softness, smoothness, and durability.
Performance Characteristics
Silico® ETE301H Polyether-epoxy modified silicone oil is a new silicone material synthesized by incorporating polyether molecules and epoxy alkanes into the backbone of polymethylsiloxane. It combines the benefits of polysiloxane, epoxy compounds, and polyether:
- Silicone properties such as softness, lubrication, low surface tension, UV resistance, aging resistance, and high/low-temperature stability 
- Epoxy group reactivity and bonding capabilities 
- Polyether group hydrophilicity, anti-static properties, and compatibility with polar organic materials 
This combination results in excellent softness, smoothness, hydrophilicity, wash resistance, and long-lasting performance.

Applications
- Epoxy Resin Modification: Used for stress relief, improved flow, and heat resistance in epoxy resins. Can be combined with epoxy resins and aminosilane coupling agents. 
- Fiber Treatment: The epoxy group reacts with -OH, -NH2, -NH groups on fiber surfaces, enhancing durability. The polysiloxane backbone provides softness and smoothness, while the polyether enhances hydrophilicity and anti-static properties. 
- Other Applications: For various unlisted and developing applications. 
Usage & Dosage
- Resin Modification: Directly add 0.1-5%. 
- Fabric Finishing & Fiber Treatment: Recommended dosage is 1-5% when mixed with other resins. 
Precautions
- Storage: Prolonged storage or mixing with acids/bases may increase viscosity. This may enhance the performance in softeners but could reduce efficiency in other applications. 
- Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place, avoiding exposure to sunlight or temperatures above 40°C. Keep away from oxidizing agents. 
- Transportation: Transport as a non-hazardous material. 
Packaging & Storage
- Packaging: Available in 50kg plastic drums and 200kg galvanized steel drums. 
- Storage: Store in a well-ventilated, cool, dry area away from oxidizing agents. 
- Transportation: Transport as a non-hazardous material.
