Silico®-PV511 Vinyl-Terminated Polydimethylsiloxane
Silico®-PV511 Vinyl-Terminated Polydimethylsiloxane (Vi-PDMS, CAS 63148-57-2) is a key silicone fluid mainly used in addition-curing liquid silicone rubber (LSR). Its vinyl ends enable addition reactions, making it ideal for high-performance, heat-resistant silicone rubber. Vi-PDMS is widely used in electronics, LED packaging, and as a base for crosslinked polymers with excellent mechanical properties.
PV511 Silicone Oil Key Features:
-
Vinyl group functionality: Allows for high crosslinking density.
-
High-temperature resistance: Suitable for applications requiring excellent thermal stability.
-
Transparency: Provides clear and transparent properties for optical applications.
-
Low viscosity: Ideal for high fluidity applications.
-
Chemical stability: Offers resistance to solvents, water, and other environmental stresses.
